SHIPPING
I ship all domestic packages via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First Class. You have the option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping at checkout. Ready to ship items normally ship out within 5 business days.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
** I am committed to making a piece of jewelry that you are proud to own or give as a gift. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, within one week of purchase, please contact me directly so that we can come up with a solution.
Jewelry pieces must be returned in its ORIGINAL, and UNUSED condition. Please note that after this seven day period, there is not an option for returns, nor exchanges.
** Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
** Custom made items are not returnable or refundable: Please take extra time and care when ordering something custom as this piece is made specially for you and as such I cannot accept a return or give a refund for custom made items.

** Please note that many of my photos are taken close up to show the detail of the piece. Please pay special attention to the sizing information given in the description and/or the photo of the piece of jewelry next to an object for sizing reference.
** I try my best to take photos of each piece in all different lighting situations to accurately depict the color of the piece; however, colors do differ from monitor to monitor.
** Many of my pieces could be made with a different gemstone than what is offered. If you would like something custom made, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.
** I use a variety of metals in my pieces. Sterling Silver, Argentium Silver, 14k Gold and Copper are some of my favorites. Sterling Silver and Copper will oxidize with time, but the oxidation can be cleaned up simply with a polishing cloth to return the shine to the metal.
** Please keep in mind that each piece is handmade, using natural semi-precious and precious gemstones. As such, there may be slight imperfections that are part of the beauty of the piece.
