This necklace is part of my Alpine Collection, a salute to our beautiful natural world, inspired by my life in the Eastern Sierra.

A sweet design with alpine peaks above 3 pine trees, a 3mm yellow Swiss Blue Topaz gemstone.

Believed to bring protection, the topaz was a signature stone in many ancient civilizations, blue topaz is one of the gemstones for December.  It could also be a birthstone for November, as it's a Topaz, but more traditionally the November birthstone is a citrine or yellow topaz.  And it certainly doesn't need to be your birthstone to wear it either.  It's a beautiful and popular stone no matter the birth month.

Pendant measures approximately 7/8" long x 3/4" wide at widest point, and hangs on an 18" sterling silver chain.
